Prices start at £50 for single occupancy of a double room. Double rooms are priced
from £60 and family rooms from £75.
Prices include full English breakfast (and all taxes).
We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards.
Booking ahead is always advisable, particularly during the busy
summer season. However, please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours in
advance (or longer if advised) will be charged unless we can relet your room. We hope you will understand that as we are a small business we are unable to absorb the cost of last-minute cancellations.
It is most helpful to us to know your estimated time of arrival, especially if this is
likely to be after 6.00pm.

From the M40 (Junction 9) and A34 follow the signs to Blenheim Palace.
Alternatively take the A44 to Woodstock.
Once in Woodstock turn into the town centre towards the County Museum.
Continue until road is at its narrowest point (past the church). The Blenheim
Guesthouse is on the left a few yards from Blenheim Palace gates.
You may park outside to unload. There is free on-street parking a few yards away
from 3.30pm until 11am. There is also free all day parking close by.
Our guesthouse is located a few minutes walk from the bus stop for Oxford.
